Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with the KVKK and related health regulations. This includes:
Identity Data: Name-Surname, T.C. Kimlik No (Turkish ID No.), Passport No., Date of Birth, Gender.
Contact Data: Address, Phone Number, Email address.
Special Category Health Data: Medical diagnosis, examination, treatment and care services, laboratory and imaging results, prescription information, blood group, and radiographs (X-rays).
The Hospital processes your personal data based on the legal grounds outlined in the KVKK, specifically for the following purposes:
Execution of Health Services: To provide, coordinate, and manage your medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services. This processing is legally permissible for the protection of public health, preventive medicine, and the planning and management of health services and financing (KVKK Article 6/3).
Fulfillment of Legal Obligations: To comply with all relevant laws, including the Law on Health Services and the legal obligation to report data to the Ministry of Health.
e-Nabız (e-Pulse) System: To legally transfer your health data to the Ministry of Health's central health data system.
Payment and Billing: To establish or perform the contract for your treatment, including processing payments and managing insurance claims.
Appointment Reminders and Communication: To contact you for scheduling, appointment reminders, and follow-up communication, based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller.
Note on Explicit Consent: For processing activities that are not legally mandatory or necessary for your treatment (e.g., sending general promotional messages/marketing), your explicit consent will be requested separately, as per the KVKK.
Your data may be transferred, in compliance with the KVKK and health regulations, to the following parties:
For Turkish Patients:
Ministry of Health and Affiliated Units: For fulfilling statutory reporting obligations, especially to the e-Nabız (e-Pulse) system.
Social Security Institution (SGK) and Private Insurance Companies: For the purposes of billing, verification, and obtaining payment for services rendered.
For International Patients:
Referring/Cooperating Health Institutions/Laboratories: Data is shared to complete your diagnosis and treatment (e.g., sharing X-rays with a dental lab or specialist).
Legal Authorities: Courts, prosecutors' offices, and other official institutions when required by a legal mandate or court order.
Legal Representatives/Guardians: Information may be shared with your legal representative or guardian in legally required situations.
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the Hospital as the Data Controller and:
Learn whether your personal data is processed.
Request information about the processing, if your personal data has been processed.
Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and ask for this correction to be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred.
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for its processing cease to exist, and ask for this action to be notified to third parties.
Object to the occurrence of an outcome against you solely through the analysis of processed data by automated systems.
Request compensation for damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
To exercise your rights, you must submit your request in writing (with your signature) or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), such as using a secure electronic signature.
